At Klubhouse Kids, we see families as our partners in creating a positive after-school experience. Our staff keeps open lines of communication to share updates, answer questions, and ensure each child receives the guidance and support they need to thrive.

Registration

To register, please complete and return a registration form to your site director along with a nonrefundable $25 registration fee and a $100 security deposit per family. This deposit is applied toward your June payment.

Enrollment is first-come, first-served, and a waiting list will be maintained once programs reach capacity. Please ensure all information is complete before submission to secure your child’s spot.

Enrollment Policy

Klubhouse Kids welcomes children in grades kindergarten through eighth who live or attend school in North Plainfield. Enrollment is open to all families regardless of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, or gender.

Registration forms are available at each site or by email. Once a completed form, registration fee, and security deposit are received, your child’s placement will be confirmed based on space availability. Flexible schedules are available to meet family needs.

Our Parent Handbook outlines all key policies, schedules, and procedures to help families feel confident and informed. It’s a helpful resource for understanding how we ensure a safe, enriching, and well-guided after-school experience for every child.

Parent Handbook

Once your registration is complete, our team will confirm your child’s start date and program schedule. Families are welcome to visit the site before the first day to meet our staff and help their child feel comfortable and familiar with the Klubhouse environment.

We make every effort to ensure a smooth transition and clear communication throughout the process, so parents always know what to expect.
